- You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery
- Contact us at hina@dezigntrend.com to start a return – include your order number and photos/video of the product
- Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase for refunds
- Clearance items cannot be returned
- We’ll provide a return label or address after approving your request
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection (takes 1-2 business days)
- We cover return shipping if: item is defective, wrong item was sent, or we made an error
- You pay return shipping if: you changed your mind, ordered wrong item, or provided wrong address
- No restocking fees – full refund minus any return shipping costs
- Cancel orders within 2 hours for full refund; after shipping must process as return
- PayPal refunds process within 24 hours; credit cards take 7-14 business days
- Optional shipping insurance available through Seel for lost/damaged packages
